HOW TO MAKE MONEY BY TEACHING COLLEGE STUDENTS HOW TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE
Have you ever thought about making money by helping others to make money as well? It's an awesome feeling knowing that you've made a difference in someone's life in a positive way, and if this sounds like something that may interest you, then keep on reading. In this article I am going to
walk you through the process that you need to take to find yourself a job online and then to help others make money online as well.
1. Find a legit way to make money online that other college students can easily learn to do also.
Examples: affiliate programs, cafepress.com, freelancing, payperpost.com, blogging, surveys, etc.
2. Write a small tutorial on how to sign up and get started.
Writing the tutorial doesn't take that much time, but make sure that you are not writing bad tutorials. Have someone read and go through your tutorial before you start using it to help other people.
3. Put up a small website or blog where you will put all of this up. If possible create a screenshot slideshow to help as well.
Tip: You can create a free slideshow online by joining Flickr.com. You can also make a short movie using Windows Movie Maker.
4. Provide PayPal for payments and provide customer support.
The one thing that you need to do before you help others make money is collect payment for the service that you're going to provide them. Collect all payments through PayPal and if your customers don't know about PayPal help them set up their account and then walk them through the process of making a payment to you. PayPal payments are very secure and there is technical support that you can refer your customers to as well.
5. Affiliate or use referral links if possible.
One of the ways that you will most likely make money in by helping others make money as well are affiliate programs. Join the PayPal affiliate program for example, and you're sure to make extra cash from what you're doing already. All you would have to do is help users sign up for PayPal through your website, they're going to need it anyways and you will be making money once they become active PayPal users.
Now that you know what it takes to help others make money while making money yourself, go ahead and start doing it. It's easy to do, and in a very short period of time you'll see that you will start having cash come in. If you're not getting any traffic to your site that you've put up, try printing out very small pieces of paper with your site on them and a small description of what you do and then go and place those little papers everywhere you can. You should even have some of your friends hand them out for you at different places that they go to; everyone wants to learn to make money with minimal effort!

If You Want or Need to Work from Home, Alpine Access Will Pay You Well to Work for them
If you are seeking a good work-from-home job and live in either Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Utah, or Florida, consider working with Alpine Access. Working for Alpine Access is a great way to earn a fair amount of income with the many comfortable benefits of being at home.
Alpine Access is a business located in Golden, Colorado that employs many citizens of the above-mentioned states with real work - at home. This company works with different clients, such as 1-800 Flowers, Office Depot, J. Crew and others, and hires home-based agents (people like you and me) to take the calls from customers wishing to place orders with these clients.
In 2003 when I worked for Alpine Access, I was able to make close to $10 an hour sitting at a desk in the spare bedroom of my home, while completing customer orders and wearing the pajamas of my choice (okay sometimes I got dressed before hand). Because I worked at home for Alpine Access, I was able not only to bank the money I'd normally spend on gas to drive to and from work, but also to save time by not making a lunch or primping before work.
To work for Alpine Access, I had to purchase a certain type of corded headset and get DSL (or obtain another phone line) to be able to connect to the Internet and be on the phone at the same time. My home had to be absolutely quiet, as Alpine Access does not allow dogs to be barking or children crying in the background. Without background noise, customers do not know that they're talking to someone who is at home, and that is important to Alpine Access.
Working at home for Alpine Access was a huge blessing to me. Of course there were times when working from home (not unlike other non home-based jobs) that weren't so wonderful, like when I would get disconnected from the switchboard and have to log back in maybe 2 or 3 times. Or when my computer would just refuse to cooperate. For both types of issues, though, I'd simply call the technical support that Alpine Access provided for me (and all its agents) and let technical support enable me to get back to work.
If you're interested in working at home with Alpine Access, contact them at their website (listed in the resources section of this article). Most likely they will then set up a phone interview to see if you qualify for a position with them. If you do quality, you will start training as soon as an opportunity opens up, which you also will be able to do at home with your computer and headset. The best part about the training is that you will be paid for your time.
Alpine Access asks its agents to work a minimum of 20 - 30 hours per week. The scheduling part is up to you, since you select the hours you're available to work one week beforehand. Alpine Access looks at your available hours and lets you know which hours they need you to fill.
Working for Alpine Access would be good for many lifestyles; a stay-at-home mom or dad who has a few hours' time available during their child's daily nap could easily work those few hours for Alpine Access, since the hours worked do not have to be consecutive. One could supplement a full-time job with work for Alpine Access during non-work hours, on weekends, or even, for some clients, during the middle of the night. Whatever reason one has to work from home, Alpine Access is a good choice.

Work from Home as a Phone Operator with Papillon Agency, Inc.
Many people these days are looking for work they can do from home. Most of the 'work from home' jobs out there are scams, but thanks to companies like alpine access, west at home, people can find legit at home work in the customer service area. However, for many years there has been
work from home opportunities as a 'Phone Operator' or 'Fantasy Chat', however, you want to put it. You just have to know where to look for them, and the Papillon Agency Inc. is a great place to start if you are interested in doing this. It was established in 1996 by a 17-year veteran of the industry, it has grown into very successful Alternative Staffing Agency. They hire for PBX Operator services. They do not just offer 'phone operator" jobs, you can either apply for Customer care service personnel or data processing for different types of businesses and call centers nation wide. You can even apply to be a Model for trade shows. Many businesses come to them to get employees, from small businesses to large national and international businesses.
These jobs are available in most U.S. states and some are available for other countries (mainly Canada). Of course you will have to be 18 years and older to apply, that is kind of given. With most 'fantasy chat' jobs you only are paid for talk time, but with the Papillon Agency you get also get paid for down time. You should be able to work for a minimum of 25 hours per week, if not you may not be hired. They also have a zero tolerance for no-shows, so if you constantly late or calling in this is not the job for you. If applying for "phone operator' or job that includes talking on the phone, you must have a dedicated land line, and a quite place to work. They also prefer you to call when applying for those kinds of jobs so they can hear you voice and see what your personality is like. The number is available on the website.
There is a mandatory pre-application you Must include your phone number, email address, and indicate what state or territory you live in. It will take up to 72 hours for you to get a reply, if approved they will call and interview you further (that is why your real number is needed).
The newest gig they are seeking applicants for is text chat operators. People doing it say it is like begin paid to hang out in a chat room online. Heck, if you hang out in chat rooms already why not get paid for it. However they note that this job is 'intended' to be non-adult (no "fantasy" chat), but they are not responsible for what people may text back to, it is a public forum, some of the replies and questions may be saucy. Therefore, if you are shy or overly sensitive to stuff like that, this is defiantly not he job for you. The pay for text operator can be up .06 cents per post, I know that sounds like its not worth it but the average amount of post is around 200 per hour (that would be 9.00 dollars and hour). They also offer bonuses on top of regular wages.

Best Websites to Promote and Sell Your Digital Photographs
With the advent of digital cameras, the ability to take quality photographs is greater than ever before. I would venture to say that even the great Ansel Adams would probably being shooting digitally if he were around today. In fact, many of the professionals I follow have switched from film to digital. Some of my favorites that have done so include Ken Rockwell and Don Paulson.
If you are reading this article then you are probably already taking quality photographs. Now you are looking for some places where you can offer your pictures for sale or promote your own personal photography website. There are definitely a lot of places on the internet where you can put your digital photographs, but which ones are the best? In my research I have found four photography websites that I believe top the list. Here they are in no certain order.
1.Flickr- Most people have heard of or have used Flickr. Flickr is a place where photographers from all over the photography spectrum can upload their photos for the world to see. Flickr is a great place to get feedback from other photography enthusiasts. From my experience with Flickr, it is a great place to put your photographs in order to get a feel for what type of response a certain image will receive. It can serve as a great test site for your images before you put them on more elite photography websites.
Their free membership allows you to upload a limited amount of pictures at a time as well as submit your pictures to a limited amount of groups. However, their "Pro" membership will allow for unlimited uploads and unlimited submittals to groups. Currently, there Pro membership is valued at $24.95.
2. RedBubble - RedBubble is a place where you can sell your pictures, get great feedback from other photographers as well as create and promote your own "Bubble Site." I have been a member since January of 2009 and have really enjoyed my experience thus far. Their interface is very easy to navigate and the content on RedBubble is very high in nature.
Where to Showcase and Sell Your Digital Images Online
They urge members to upload only their best photographs in order to keep the content at a level that stimulates visitors to purchase content. Along with selling photographs, members can upload art, t-shirt designs and even sell calendars created from their collection of images. RedBubble is a free website and offers unlimited uploads to members. I have not sold a lot off of RedBubble so far, but the community and feedback has made up for that.
3. Photo.net - This website is for the more elite photographer. This is a place where you will want to put only your top photographs. There are several professional photographers on this site, so the content is very high quality. This is a great photography website to promote yourself and possibly get some residual sales on your main photography website. Photo.net also has a place where you can submit an image for critique. If you submit a photograph for critique then the photo.net community will vote on your picture on 2 scales from 1-7. One for originality and one for aesthetics. The higher your ratings, the better chance you have at getting featured as a "top photographs."
They do offer a free membership (for only registered users), but like with Flickr, it offers limited uploads and limited critiques for your pictures. Their fee for subscribers is currently $25/year and $68 for 3 years. As a subscriber you will get your very own personal ImagePro website as well. Overall, this is a great site for drumming up freelance offers and to drum up business on your own personal website since they don't offer the direct sales of uploaded photographs.
4. Webshots - I have been using Webshots for several years now. What I love about Webshots is the sheer size and volume of people that visit the site. They claim to be one of the largest photo-and-video-sharing sites in the world. Webshots offers a Basic membership which is very similar to Flickr. It offers a ton of promotion for you as a photographer, but no option to sell your images.
The "Pro Shots" section of Webshots allows photographers with extremely high quality images to upload photographs and earn royalties from sales. Your image will then be subject to a two year - nonexclusive rights contract, whereby Webshots can market your image. Still, you are free to market your photographs elsewhere. The royalties you will earn is a 35-percent revenue share from the net purchase price of your image. Pro Shots offers even great exposure for your images and yourself since it allows you a link to your main website beneath your photograph.
Where to Showcase and Sell Your Digital Images Online
These websites each offer photographers something unique. If you use all four of these photography websites you will be able to market yourself, drive business to your main photography website, get feedback on your pictures from other photographers and even sell your images. Of course, not everyone will agree with my choice of websites as the best to market and sell your digital photographs, but that is okay by me. Please feel free to leave a comment describing what sites you believe to be the best for the edification of all of us aspiring photographers.

GSM Recharge Card Printing Business for Small Investors
Amazing opportunities exist in the GSM industry considering that over 45 million Nigerians struggle to buy GSM products as if their whole life now depends on it. Recharge card is one GSM product that every GSM user has not been able to live without. Right now, there are those who I consider addicted to recharge card. How else can one describe any one who spends an average of N6,000 daily on recharge card. That is about N180,000 monthly. You can only be addicted to spend so much money as that on recharge card in one month. But that is the case with some people already. No wonder recharge card business keeps booming amidst strong competition and so many call center operators across the country. May be you have wanted to know how you can tap into the money making opportunity in the GSM recharge card business but you don’t know how, here is your ticket to the mega opportunity in the GSM recharge card business for small investors. Although, I strongly recommend you also get the full detailed recharge card business manual from SADC Book store, but here is my no-holds-bar on printing GSM recharge cards for smart investor.
How to do recharge card business profitably directly with the GSM operators:
The GSM operators are more willing to recruit you as one of their recharge card merchant more than you are even willing to be, as more and more, old existing mega dealers are opting out and venturing into more tasking and financially demanding GSM business, they are frustrating the GSM operators recharge card distribution plan and just helping to making recharge card more profitable then it was in the opportunity created by these disappearing dealers have created a money making business for smart entrepreneurs like you to tap into. And here I will buy them bare, those, things you need to have in order to position yourself in this mega billion recharge card merchant business. The first I must tell you is money. You need to have a lot it to get the GSM operators to listen to you.
Although, the operator you are talking to may determine how much you may be looking for. For instance Glo may be asking for between N750,000 to N1.5 Million, while MTN may be asking for N1.5 Million and Celtel may just need you to have N500,000 to N750,000 only. However the many benefits are worth the money you may be investing. Like, 10 percent discount on recharge cards; 2 percent additional discount for transportation cost; up to 10% extra bonus on total volume of sales in 90 days if you hit your target and other fringe benefits like cars, houses, all expenses paid oversea travel trips etc. It can even get betters like free insurance policy for up to 10 cars (if you even have up to that number of cars yourself). I can go on and on, but all these and more can only be you if you are a recharge card merchant.
For Small Scale Investors:
The recharge card business n very profitable, you probably know too. But for one to make profit from the business you must have some appreciable amount to invest. Well, that amount may depend on how much you have. However, I put the minimum at N50,000. Don’t ask me what about someone who have only N30,000. Good, but you have to be ready to work extra hard to make your money work. That is not even to say that N50,000 is good enough, but like I said, that is my acceptable minimum amount you should start with. And don’t tell me know you don’t have a computer. I never even considered that in the N50,000, you need to have a computer by now if you are thinking of going into GSM recharge card printing business. Also, having your own internet is good, at least it will make you patronize one of my companies (FastWeb), but you can use the café close by if you cant afford to invest extra N25,000 to acquire your own GSM internet connection starter pack from www.FastWebSMS.com.
Now, lets face the truth about GSM recharge card business, marketing. Although recharge card business is very lucrative and there are millions to make from it, what determines how much you can make is marketing. Don’t tell me because you are an Alaba boy you know marketing like Mike Peters know boxing. My brother, it’s not like that. But I know some us know how to market anything especially recharge card. The simple way to test your marketing prowess is to confirm how many recharge cards you are capable of selling within a day or week or even month to make the kind of income you may be targeting. Remember, nobody can actually say how much you can make from recharge card business. You can know that from how much recharge card you can sell. Let me explain that with your SDE newspaper. It’s sold for N100 per copy. If you want to make N100,000 income per week then you have to sell the required number of copies to be able to make that amount as your income. I hope this is all clear?
Really, I haven’t even said anything on how the printing is done. Well, it’s because there is actually no printing done. Surprised? That’s to show you how simple GSM recharge card printing is done. As far as I’m concerned, it sounds better to me like selling than printing. That is why I don’t see the printing as an issue. Anyone can print GSM recharge card once you have a computer and a HP laser jet printer installed, but not everybody can sell GSM recharge card. If I should recommend a follow-up material you should hurry to get now, is the manual: “8 sizzling Secrets of GSM Product Marketing Success”. But if your concern now is how to print it, here is my answer – get to the nearest GSM operators office close by. Well, that’s only if you have so much money to invest. But for small investors like you all you simply need now is the authorized GSM operators’ recharge card PIN marketers to buy the PINs that you will print and start selling.
Is that so? Is it legal? What if the PIN numbers are fakes? So many questions are popping up in your head right now. But let me answer those that really matter right now. This is one business that you can do and EFCC will not come after you. So it’s perfectly legal as long as you are getting your PIN numbers from the right sources. Don’t even think of it as fake. The PIN numbers are so protected that the first person that will ever seen it is you that printed it. The authorized distributor who sold it to you never saw the numbers because they are encrypted. Your authorized distributors are the GSM dealers near you, if you have one that is close by who is authorized by the GSM operators to sell recharge PINs. Don’t bother to ask how much you will be getting the recharge PINs. For a small investor the margin may just be around 10% or less difference on the retail price of the card.
And before I forget, GSM products import business is so profitable that you can import products for as low as N200 to N500 and still sell them for as much as N2,000. Imagine the profit margin per product, hug. I will be showing you all that in this informative guide. Eh, before I continue, I want to let you know that if you are going to import GSM products profitable like I do, you will need your own laptop or desktop, contact Julius now at SADC Office to get one, and you will also need GSM internet connection. One of my companies FastWeb (mail@fastwebsms.com) will fix you up. GSM internet connection cost as low as N25,000 for the connector modem to set up. However the monthly browsing is around N12,000 or N400 per day browsing. The internet service wireless with GPRS service. One of Glo or MTN should have GPRS in your area – so get your modern and get connected immediately. Also you will need a bank account for dollar transaction. UBA and GT bank can open the account for you from as low as $100 dollar, but you must by now be operating an account with them. Your current banker if it’s not among the two I mentioned can be of help to you. It’s advisable you open your dollar account with the bank you are currently banking with. Bank charges for foreign transaction like these are very low. My bank charge $26 per transfer and another 1 percent of the mount transferred. If you transferred $500 for example, you will be charge $26 and 1 percent of $500 which is $5 meaning you are only paying bank charges of $31 for your $500 transaction.
GSM product import business is very simple the way I’m doing mine – and it’s also cost effective. That way my products are cheaper than those of my competitors. Instead of spending over N250,000 each trip for my air ticket, visa and hotel accommodation, I pay the GSM operator N12,000 monthly for my internet access. I source for my product through China product suppliers, contact them by e-mail and get pictures of the products and prices sent to me via e-mail. I negotiate my order and pay through bank wire transfer. However, I don’t pay until I’m so sure the price is good enough or is the best standard price among all the suppliers that have such product. That means I contact more than one supplier for the some product before deciding on which company to buy from. Remember, cheaper price is not only what you should consider because some so called low cheap prices can be fraudster in waiting. Be careful.
And don’t forget you also need to arrange for how the products will be delivered to you. I enjoy this part a lot because I always look forwards to seeing the product I ordered and experience how it really looks like or work. So, you need a delivery company. I strongly recommend DHL. Fedex is also good; I have used them sometime too. EMS is another delivery company you can use. I have also used them even though I don’t like their service. With DHL or Fedex, my products are delivered right into my office, and there I will pay custom charges and tax. I like it that way. But EMS won’t deliver to your address, even when you come to pick you product you have to confront custom officials who also have office right there. The charges are higher too – about 5 percent of the cost of the product, inclusive of the cost of courier, which is wrong but their imposing presence may simply make you yield to avoid seizing your goods. You may be tempted to falsify you price in order to pay loss. But I encourage, better you don’t get into this kind of temptation at all. Or the customer officials may even demand that you pay unofficial rate, which goes into their pockets and they will waive the fees for you. Don’t agree with them. You may not know the problem you are accumulating for your business until when you may have succeeded in growing your business as big as Dangote. Those mistakes may come up to hurt you in future.
Your suppliers will be asking you to pay the cost of the product plus courier delivery charger, which is charged by KG. DHL cost is around $14 per KG weight that is after the standard courier cost applies. However, you can also register an account with DHL here or ask for pick-up, so that you don’t have to pay your supplier for delivery – with you DHL account number DHL picks up your products from anywhere in the world and deliver to your address, while you pay after delivery. It’s also cheaper because you enjoy some discount and benefits that is not accruable to an ordinary shipper.
Now you know fully well how to import GSM products from anywhere in the world and get it delivered to you. Congratulations! Having known import process, it’s about time you try importing your first product, oh – oh! You don’t ever know which products to import; of course, I know I haven’t shown you how to source for suppliers’ or search for products to import; you may have heard about alibaba.com. Yes it’s the most common web portal on the web where you can search for GSM products and suppliers to import from. There are many on that web portal too. If you must use any web portal to source for suppliers, do your due diligence properly.
Back to sourcing GSM products from china suppliers. First I want you to always do a due diligence study on any suppler before you buy products from them. Inasmuch as there are hundreds of thousands of reliable suppliers, you really don’t get to know by what you are told online unless you have actually dealt with them before. One way to make sure you at least contact reliable suppliers is to source products from the web portals I have shown you earlier. Also, read this piece from UK sources.
The reason why I may not dwell much on the product itself its because you can find any product at all you are look0 for on the internet whether or not I gave you a web portal where you can source them. But the real reason why I gave you these web portals is to help you minimize your risk level of falling into the wrong hands of online scammer. So, having provided you with all the necessarily guidance to sourcing and importing you own fast selling GSM products, I will proceed to show you how to receive your goods here in Nigeria; and most importantly how to price your products competitively and profitable and market them profitable, In fact, GSM product is not the only product you can import from what I’m showing you in this guide. Any product at all can be sourced from the web portals I showed you and can be imported with the same procedure I have explained in the guide.

Yes, this could be your own opportunity to start making money importing products under $1. In case you are wondering how it all works, and you are new to import business, here is my candid details on how you can go about importing fast selling under $1 products.
Market Potential for under $1 Products you can Import: According to report by some internet business experts questioned by fastwebsms.com, import business will grow more this year and a lot more people would patronize cheap import products than they did last year. Most of these $1 dollar products are accessories, disposable products, gift products, raining season product, etc. that means buyers cuts across both consumers and corporate organizations. For example, umbrellas sale more during raining season. And most people buy up to 5 umbrellas each before the raining season would be over, as they keep losing the umbrellas or have to buy one each time it rains. These umbrellas can be imported for under $1 while they sell for as high as N700 in the market. Mobile phone chargers and batteries is another product in high demand. Everyone wants to use their phones and while you can get these products for under $1 you can sell as much as N700 for the batteries and N400 for the chargers. There are many more other products that you can import for under $1. The lists of these under $1 products are endless. In fact you need to see them to believe. Among the list are, home products, gift and toys, personal care products, consumer electronics, telecommunications, food and beverages, computer hardware and software, automobile and motorcycles, apparel, fashion accessories, furniture and furnishings, home and garden, lights and lighting, luggage, bags and cases, office and school supplies, packaging and paper, digital products, textile and leather products, timepieces, jewelry and eyewear, etc.
Why $1 Products: you may want to ask, why $1 products? Why not $2 or $3 or even $100? If what you want is to import products that cost more than $1 that’s good, but right now I’m showing you about under $1 products you can import. One good thing about these $1 products is that they are hot products – which mean they sell faster. Of course everybody wants to spend less to buy any product. You stand a good chance of making profit with $1 products than with other high products. And by $1, I simply mean products that you can import for under $1 dollar. They may be $1 or less. That means some of these products may cost $0.77 like computer headphones, and one can sell this headphones for as much as N1,500 or even up to N3,500. Imagine the profit markup, huge? That’s how good importing under $1 products can be. And because they are under $1 doesn’t mean the products are fake or substandard. No, these are good quality products of international standard that even sold in European and American markets.
How much you need to get started: considering that the products itself is under $1, you can imagine how much that means in naira to get you started. However, two things you can consider when starting this business is your own Fastweb Internet package if you have your own internet yet and minimum of N30,000 for a start. Note that, I would personal appreciate if you can invest more than N30,000, say like N50,000 or N100,000 for a start. But note that if the product is in high demand you would need more money to import in larger quantity in order to supply enough quantity to the market. However, for the Fastweb internet package it will only cost you N25,500 for the starter pack that works with any of the GSM operators of MTN, Zain or Glo. I strongly recommend for you to get your own internet for privacy and regular access to the internet. That is your basic tool for the import.
How online $1 Products Import Business Works: okay, I know by now you have are eager to know how it all works so you too can start off immediately to import these cheap under $1 products. I have already told you about getting Fastweb internet starter package, so go get it now because all you will be doing is online. And even if you don’t know how to use the internet, but if you want to start this business, I advice you go learn how. The whole world has moved online, so you too should. With your internet you can buy these cheaper under $1 products from China without having to travel to china. The main market place where can you get the cheap under $1 products and suppliers are on the internet. The reason you must have internet access. Once you have your own internet and found fast selling under $1 products you want to import, then you need to put your other tools in place. You will need a domiciliary account. You can talk to your bank about that and get it opened as soon as possible. It takes a minimum of $100 to open domiciliary account with some Nigerian banks.
Another tool you may need is the courier company. Yes, you will need to get your imported products after payment. One of the best courier options that I’m convinced about is DHL. Although you can use FEDEX, UPS, EMS, etc, but I use only DHL and my reason is simple. DHL takes care of all the clearing requirements if there is any. They deliver to my address so I don’t have to go pick it up myself if I don’t want to. And DHL is also cheaper than other courier companies when shipping products from China. Well, all that will be taken care of by your supplier, all you do is pay the shipping bill while the supplier do the shipping down to your address in Nigeria using your preferred courier delivery, in this case I’m in love of DHL – no apologies.

That’s how good importing under $1 products can be. And because they are under $1 doesn’t mean the products are fake or substandard.

Hot Products You Can Import for Under $1
Hey! Have you been struggling to start your own business? Now you don’t have to struggle, because I just got the right secret to get you started even now. Wait a minute, dollar is exchanging at a higher rate now, and they saying there is economic meltdown, huh? You don’t have to worry about that, because what I’m about to show you will blow your mind. In fact, it’s even better now that people are only willing to spend less on the products they buy. As Pastor Chris would say, peoples’ problems are your opportunities.

EARN $3000+ per month easily Without Investing Anything OR Paying Any FEE?
Do You Want To Make Money Online Without Investing Anything And Without Paying Any FEE?
Do you want to earn $3000+ per month easily? Via doing simple jobs like copy-writing jobs, data entry jobs, simple typing, online form filling, programming related etc jobs?
If yes, then carry on and read this freelance tutorial. In this tutorial [guide], you will learn the easiest and 100% legitimate way to earn lot of cash on the internet.
Note: You will never pay any money from your own pocket EVER to make money online.
Working at freelance sites is the best way to earn great money on the internet. You are your own Boss and you will work, whenever you want to.
Let’s come to the point. How much money can you make by doing such work?
Well, I am earning $3000+ each month, and I do copywriting and data entry jobs at below mentioned freelance Websites. I prefer only copywriting jobs, as the pay is very good, if compared to data entry jobs.
Data entry is a good option to choice if you cannot do any other job; You can make hundreds of dollars via data entry jobs too.
Here is the list of freelancing websites, I personally work only at the top two freelance sites which are mentioned in the below list.
Note: Please open these freelance sites in new windows and carry on reading this tutorial [guide]. You need to know many things about these freelance sites. Lot of questions will rise in your mind, if you do not completely read this guide. This guide is a complete freelance tutorial.
1. Getafreelancer (GAF)
2. Scriptlance (SL) [For The Option "Account Type"; Choose "Programmer" NOT "Buyer"]
3. Freelancer UK
4. EuFreelance
5. Elance
6. Getacoder
Working at freelance sites is the best option for home staying Moms to earn some good money on the internet.
Top two freelance sites [GAF and SL], which are mentioned in the above list; these two sites have a great freelance jobs market. Hundreds of online jobs are posted at these two freelance sites, every day.
Is it free to join both GAF and SL?
Well yes, its 100% free to join both freelance websites. But there are some differences between these two websites (I will explain them later).
To get work at freelance sites you need to invest some time. If you want to make living on the internet via doing freelancing, then you will have to spend 8 or more hours at freelance sites to make a decent living.
On the other hand, if you want to make some extra money on the internet via doing part time jobs, then you can do work whenever you have spare time. You can work for few hours on the weekends or you can hour for an hour or so: after your full time day job is over.
In the beginning of your freelance career, your goal will be to win your first freelance project.
I will now explain the difference between the two sites and also, I will explain the difference between data entry and copywriting work at these sites.
Reality: it is very difficult to get [or win] your first freelance job [or project].
Let’s talk about the first freelance site [which is GAF].
The very first thing to do: Get register at GAF. Registration process is very simple. Within few minutes, you will get your account at GAF.
REMEMBER to enter professional looking information in all fields of your profile; people [most of them] will see your profile, before they will give you any work. So make a decent looking profile.
After you create your profile, open GAF home page. Now scroll down, until you see a heading called “The 50 Newest projects”.
[At freelance sites, jobs and projects means the same. Getting a job and winning a project means the same].
Here you will see a list of newest opened projects that you can win. I highly recommend that, if you are not a programmer or expert in any language or field, you should then do data entry and copywriting jobs.
Look for jobs under the “The 50 Newest projects” section. Open the project which you think you are capable of doing.
After you open the project description page, click on “Place a Bid” and then enter the lowest amount of available money in your bid.
WHAT, the lowest price? Why?
Well, what do you expect ?
You are new at the freelance site. So you have to do work for the lowest price.
How can you get a project for higher rates, when there are many other people applying for the same project, who have high ratings?
Importance Of Ratings/Feedbacks
All freelance sites have a rating/feedback system. When a person completes a job, he/she then gets a rating/feedback. The more jobs a person do, the more ratings/feedbacks he/she will get.
The more ratings/feedbacks you have, the more money you will make at freelance sites.
Ratings/feedbacks are part of freelancer’s reputation at a particular freelance site. New freelancers don’t have any ratings. So, go for the lowest price.
Importance of Communication With Buyers
Communication with buyers is the most important part of freelancing. You have to send private message to buyers as soon as you place your bid. Without communication with buyers, your chances of winning a project are almost zero.
After you place a bid, go back to the project description page and look for a small icon called PM (Private Message). Sending PM is the key factor in wining a project.
Now click on the small PM icon, and send a message to the creator of the project and tell him that you are new but you can do an excellent job and that you will do it for the lowest price that he wants to pay for that project.
ALWAYS, remember to send a PM to the creator of the project, after you place a bid. Sending PM is very important.
[People who create projects at freelance sites or the people who outsource jobs at freelance sites, are called buyers]
After you send the PM, wait for the reply. If you get a reply, then there is a good chance of winning that project. Your freelance career will start when you will win your first project.
Open the PM to see what the buyer replied and act accordingly.
Few things to Remember:
First of all: you can place bids on 15 projects/month at GAF. In contrast to the second website [SL] where you can place bids on as many projects as you want to.
At GAF, if you become a gold member, you can then place bids on 160+ projects. I prefer you upgrade to gold membership as soon as you earn $12 at GAF.
Here are few advantages of gold membership.
There will be no project fees. For example: if you win a project worth $100 and you are gold members, then you will get all $100 after you complete the project.
But if you are not a gold member, then you have to pay a fee (10% of total project budget) to GAF.
What? I have to pay any FEE?
You do not have to pay anything from your pocket. After you will complete a job at a freelance site, the buyer will pay you. You will get that money in your freelance account.
If you are not a gold member, then you will see 10% money being deducted from your account.
GAF take this fee from non-gold members.
Let’s take an example where I won a project worth $100. After I complete the work, the buyer pays me. Now if I am a gold member, then I will see $100 in my freelance account where if I am not a gold member, then I will see $90.
It costs $12 per month to become a Gold member.
I suggest you first make money at GAF as a non-gold member and then you use that money to pay $12 to become a gold member.
NEVER send your contact information to buyers via PM. Contact information includes email, phone number etc. In case you will send any contact information in PM then your online freelance career will be over for sure.
GAF and all other freelance sites will terminate/suspend your account if they find any contact info in PM.
Few Important Tips
At GAF, don’t click on “Message Board” to communicate with buyers. You have to find “PM” icon, look for it below or in-front of buyer's username.
Don’t open any other page at GAF (other than the home page) to see the latest data entry, copywriting etc projects. This is because; it’s really hard to get old projects and on the home page, you will only see new projects.
Keep the home page opened and scroll down to the “The 50 Newest Projects” heading section and keep refreshing at this position to become the first one to catch the newly posted projects.
The only hope for new comers to win projects is to catch the newly opened projects. If you are the first one to place a bid on the project, then your chances of winning that project increases significantly.
What are the payment options available at Freelance Sites?
There are many payment options available at freelance sites. You can use these payment options to can get the money which you will earn at freelance sites.
I suggest you select Paypal or MoneyBookers [MB]. Other payment options are not as cheap and safe as these two.
You can use Money Bookers to transfer money to your bank account. It’s cheap and safe way to get your money.
Don’t go for Western Union option as it’s little expensive.
It’s not difficult to create account at moneybookers, but adding bank accounts can [sometimes] create problems. Once you verify your account and add your bank account; you will then receive your money with just one click.
After you create account at Money Bookers: go to your Profile and click on your address to verify it. You need to verify your postal address before you can start using MB to get your money from freelance sites.
I made the mistake of not verifying my address at the time of creating my MB account. After I transferred my money from GAF to MB, I tried to withdraw the money from MB to my bank account.
Unfortunately, it was then, I found about address verification. I got my money 40 days late because of this small mistake of not verifying my postal address when I first created my MB account.
Anyway, after you click on the verify Postal address button, moneybookers will send a letter to your postal address which will contain a code. Use this code to verify your account.
After address verification, you can start using your MoneyBookers account to send or receive money online. The other thing that you need to do: After you create an account at money bookers, you then have to enter your bank info in your profile.
This is because, you will first transfer your money from freelance sites to your MB account and then you will transfer this money from MB to your bank account. The whole process of getting your money from freelance sites into your bank account, can take up to 14 days.
The real problem is that, you can’t use [just] any bank account with money bookers. You will need to have an account in a bank which is directly connected to SWIFT Network.
The easiest way to find out whether your bank is connected to SWIFT or not, is to you call your bank and ask them to give you their bank's Swift Code.
If they have a SWIFT code, then go to your Money Bookers account and try to enter your bank account information. Incase MB site fails to accept your Bank account information: then it will mean that your bank is indirectly connected to SWIFT network (Not good news).
If your bank account is not directly connected to SWIFT network, then go to SWIFT Directory and try to search for the bank in your city, which is directly connected to SWIFT Network and which is the nearest to where you live.
After that, you will have to go to that bank to create a new bank account there. After you create the new bank account, enter it’s information in your profile at MB.
First you will request the freelancing site to transfer money to your MB account, then you will request MB to send the money to your bank account. After few days, you will finally receive your money in your bank account.
I do not know much about Paypal as it is not yet supported in my country. If you live in Pakistan, Nigeria etc [where Paypal is not yet supported], then you will have to use MB to get your money from the freelance sites.
Paypal and Moneybookers have made it easier for people doing online jobs at freelance sites to receive their Money.
Difference in Copywriting Jobs and Data Entry Jobs
If you can write proper English [English without spelling and grammatical mistakes], then you should do copywriting jobs. And in case your English writing skills are not very impressive, then you can do data entry jobs.
Remember: there is a big difference between copywriting jobs and data entry jobs. Copywriting jobs pay much more than what data entry jobs pay.
So, if you cannot write proper English, then I suggest you try to improve your English writing skills. You can make some really good money via doing copywriting jobs.
Best Of Luck… I hope you earn lot of money at GAF
Now let’s talk about the second online jobs site which is SL.
At SL, if you win a project worth $100, you then get $95 because the site charges a fee of 5% [this fee may change in future]. It’s a fair deal. There is no gold membership at SL.
You can bid on as many projects, as you want to. There is no PM icon at SL.
At SL, you will have to click on “Message Board” and then you will click on Post Message in order to communicate with the buyer.
All other things are the same as GAF.
I hope all the above information will help you earn lot of money at freelance sites.
Thanks to freelance sites, people can now make living at home.
That is all for the basic freelance introduction. Explore this site if you want to know more about freelance sites. In this site, you will find lot of information about freelance sites.
